Prof. Henry Tse is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of experience in strategy, innovation, product management and leadership across diverse sectors, including safety-critical engineering, security, energy and transport innovation. He is currently the Global Head of Products and Services at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, where he leads the solution portfolio strategy, market analysis, and product lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with clients’ evolving needs.

He has a proven track record in driving business growth, collaborating with academia to commercialise innovative research, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects. His previous roles include Programme Director at Connected Places Catapult, where he significantly increased revenue and launched pioneering zero-emission, autonomy and digital transformation programms.

An Adjunct Professor at the School of Electronics & Computer Science at Southampton University, he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. He serves as a Policy Expert for Digital Futures and Sustainability and Net-Zero at the Institution of Engineering and Technology and member of EPSRC Peer Review Collage.

His leadership style is empathetic and inclusive, fostering a collaborative culture that promotes equity, inclusivity, and diversity. His entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision have consistently driven innovation and success in his various roles.
