This is an important component of our ambition to maximise the impact of responsible and trustworthy AI research on the economy, society, culture,policy,health, the environment and quality of life.
Our funding call for Enterprise Fellowships invited proposals to commercialise a product or service for responsible AI to ensure society deploys and uses AI in a responsible way. This accelerator programme supports university-based researchers with an entrepreneurial mindset to translate their research into new products or services, resulting in the creation of a spin-out. Enterprise Fellowships afford researchers time to refine their value proposition and business plan, seek mentorship, and pursue longer-term investment to support their business idea.
