From public lectures and policy roundtables to workshops and community convenings, RAi UK brings together researchers, practitioners, policymakers and the public to explore what responsible AI looks like in practice. Our events are a great way to hear directly from the people doing the work, share your own perspectives, and connect with others who care about getting AI right.

Apply to join RAi UK’s working groups

These will be formed around key themes and application areas. Led by members of the RAi UK Leadership team, they will include experts from existing UKRI investments, industry, government, the third sector and early-career researchers. Working groups will have admin support and funds to run their own calls for proposals.

A diverse multi-disciplinary community of academic and industry experts who will review proposals received in response to various RAi UK funding calls.

Collaborate with RAi UK researchers

We’re always keen to hear from people who want to get involved in our research, whether that’s bringing your expertise to the table, helping test tools or demonstrators as they develop, or helping us connect our work with the right people and communities.

Collaboration can take many forms, browse our researcher profiles to get a feel for the range of interests and expertise across the team, or take a look at our Cornerstone projects for more details. Researchers involved in the projects will aim to build collaborations with industry, academia, and government.
