
Chuen Hong Lew is a Partner at Tech Venture Capital Firm Granite Asia, and a Non-Resident Fellow at Stanford’s Institute for Human-Centered AI (HAI). He combines experience across investing, public policy, and national leadership. As former Chief Executive of Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), he led national efforts in frontier tech, digital infrastructure, AI policy, and international collaboration, including contributing to global initiatives on AI safety and governance. Prior to this, he served in the Singapore Armed Forces, culminating as Chief of Navy. He has also contributed to international cross-sector initiatives on digital trust. His current focus is on enabling trusted and resilient scaling and deployment of AI through investment, partnerships, and ecosystem-building.
