Global AI Policy and Governance Lead at Meta
Dr Farzana Dudhwala is Global AI Policy & Governance Lead at Meta, where she leads a team focusing on frontier AI safety policy, evaluations and benchmarking, international governance of AI, and is the policy lead for Meta’s Fundamental AI Research org. Prior to joining Meta, Fuz worked in the UK Government – first, on AI Strategy at the Government Office for Artificial Intelligence, and then leading an AI Futures team in the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation. She earned her DPhil at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford – focused on AI and data driven technologies and their impact on people and society, and her MPhil and BA at the University of Cambridge in Management Studies and Social and Political Sciences respectively.
